1. About CommVerse

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CommVerse mobile application, web experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). CommVerse is operated by Ticketaura Limited (UK) ("CommVerse", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using CommVerse, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Community Rules and User Content

CommVerse enables users to create communities, publish posts, comments, and send messages. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

• Do not post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
• Do not spam, scam, or manipulate engagement.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Community Owners and Moderators

Community owners and moderators are responsible for community management, pricing, membership policies, and moderation. You agree to comply with applicable laws and to handle disputes fairly.

6. Marketplace

The Marketplace allows users to list, buy, and sell items or services. Sellers are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. CommVerse is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings.

7. Events and Live Sessions

CommVerse supports events and live sessions, including integrations with third-party providers such as Zoom. Event hosts are responsible for their session content and any licenses or permissions required for broadcasting.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees

Paid communities, events, and marketplace purchases are processed through payment partners such as Stripe or app store providers. We do not store full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If a payment fails, access may be paused or canceled after any applicable grace period. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your use of the Service.

9. Payouts

Eligible creators can request payouts for earnings. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. We may delay or reject payout requests to prevent fraud or to comply with legal requirements.

10. Intellectual Property and License

CommVerse and its original content, features, and branding are owned by CommVerse and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant CommVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

CommVerse may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Stripe, Zoom, Apple, Google, and hosting providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMVERSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CommVerse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and, when appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
